Who we are

Flow 7 Logistics LLC (“Flow 7,” “we,” “us”) is a freight brokerage agency based in New Jersey. We are an independent agency of Priority1; freight brokerage services are provided by Priority-1, Inc. (MC-312916). This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.flow7logistics.com and when you call, text or email us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Quote and contact forms. Your name, company, email, phone number, preferred contact method, and the shipment details you enter (ZIP codes, freight dimensions and weights, accessorials, notes).
• Calls, texts and emails. Your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
• Booking a call. If you book through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you pick, and shares them with us.
• Credit applications. If you ask to open an account, the business and contact details you send us so the account can be set up.
• Usage data. Basic technical information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by our hosting provider and analytics tools.

How we use it

• To prepare freight quotes, book and manage shipments, and answer your questions.
• To set up and service your account, including credit review.
• To send you service messages about your quotes and shipments.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet legal, accounting and safety obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to provide our services:

• Priority-1, Inc. and motor carriers, so your freight can be quoted, booked, moved and invoiced.
• Service providers that run our tools: Wix.com hosts this website and processes form submissions; Calendly handles call bookings; Google Analytics measures website use; our email and phone providers carry our messages.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Our hosting provider (Wix) sets cookies needed to run the site and its forms. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and which buttons are tapped). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device information; we do not send it your name, email or phone number. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Text messages (SMS)

• When you text us at 908-324-6835, or ask us to reach you by text, you agree that we may text you back about your quotes, shipments and account.
• Message frequency varies with your shipments. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. You can also email info@flow7logistics.com.
• We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: typically for as long as we are quoting or shipping for you, and afterward as required for accounting, tax, claims and legal records. Quote requests that don’t turn into business are deleted when no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and our providers use industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send highly sensitive information (such as bank details) through the website forms.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@flow7logistics.com or calling 908-324-6835. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
