About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.flow7logistics.com and to quotes you receive from Flow 7 Logistics LLC (“Flow 7,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to them.

Who provides the brokerage service

Flow 7 Logistics LLC is an independent agency of Priority1. Freight brokerage services are provided by Priority-1, Inc., a licensed property broker (MC-312916, USDOT 2222837). Flow 7 and Priority-1, Inc. arrange transportation with independent motor carriers and do not themselves operate trucks. Shipments booked with us are also subject to Priority-1, Inc.’s customer terms and the applicable carrier’s bill of lading, tariff and rules.

Quotes are estimates

• Quotes are based on the information you give us (origin, destination, weight, dimensions, freight class, accessorials and pickup timing) and on carrier pricing at the time of the quote.
• Final charges may change if the actual shipment differs, including carrier reweighs, reinspections or reclassifications, added accessorials (such as liftgate, residential, inside or limited-access delivery, appointments, detention, storage or redelivery), fuel surcharges, or rules in the carrier’s tariff.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated with the quote and depend on carrier capacity when booked.

Your responsibilities

You agree to describe your freight accurately and completely, package and label it properly, disclose hazardous materials and any special handling needs, and have it ready at the agreed time. You are responsible for charges that result from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Loss, damage and delay

Motor carriers are responsible for loss of or damage to freight in their care. Carrier liability is limited to the terms of the carrier’s tariff, bill of lading and applicable law, which may cap liability by weight or value. We will help you file and pursue claims, but we are not a carrier and do not insure your freight unless separate cargo insurance is purchased in writing. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is purchased.

Payment and credit

Credit terms are set when your account is approved. Invoices are due under the terms stated on the invoice or in your account agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flow 7 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (such as lost profits or production delays). Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or our services is limited to the fees paid to us for the shipment involved, and loss of or damage to freight is governed by the carrier terms described above.

Website use

The site is provided “as is” for general information. Carrier names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown for identification only. Links to other sites (such as Calendly or Priority1) are governed by those sites’ own terms and policies. Please don’t misuse the site or submit false or automated requests.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including text messaging.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
